All items are sent 1st Class Recorded by Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. Your tracking number should be emailed to you automatically once the parcel is posted. The system is occasionally madly rebellious and does not send it. If that happens, please email us at help@pomlampson.com.

1st Class Recorded Delivery UK: FREE for orders over £60 / £5 for orders under £60 International via Royal Mail: £15.00 International Courier: £20.00

Returns Policy

We hope you will be utterly delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is everything you need to know.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, with no penalty. This applies to all orders including sale and discounted items.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at help@pomlampson.com within those 14 days. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have notified us, please return the goods to us within a further 14 days. Items must be unworn, with hangtags attached, and returned in the condition in which they were received. Please send returns by a tracked or recorded service if possible, as we are unable to process a refund for goods we do not receive.

How to return an item

To start a return, please email help@pomlampson.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll confirm the return address by reply, usually within two working days. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back to us.

We will refund the full price of the item plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are made to the original payment method. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please return the item you no longer want and place a new order on the website.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Please contact us at help@pomlampson.com as soon as possible and we will put things right. In these circumstances, we will cover the cost of return postage.
