Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is everything you need to know.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, with no penalty. This applies to all orders including sale and discounted items.
To cancel or return an item, please email us at help@pomlampson.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
Items must be unworn, with hangtags attached, and returned in the condition in which they were received. Within this period you are entitled to handle the item as you reasonably would in a shop. If it has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect this.
How to return an item
To start a return, please email help@pomlampson.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will confirm the return address by reply, usually within two working days.
Please return items unworn, with hangtags attached, and in the condition in which they were received. Use a tracked or recorded service if possible, as we are unable to process a refund for goods we do not receive, and we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us. Please ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the full price of the item plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are not able to process a direct swap. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item you no longer want following the process above, and place a new order for the replacement directly on the website at www.pomlampson.com.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. Please contact us at help@pomlampson.com as soon as possible and we will put things right. In these circumstances, we will cover the cost of return postage.
